The Green Team Recycling Division of Mahoning County is offering a state grant opportunity for recycling at local businesses.
The 2013 Market Development Grant, offered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, will support the expansion of recyclable material markets.
The grant will help Mahoning County businesses to begin or expand their recycling efforts for aluminium, carpet, electronics, construction and demolition debris, glass, mattresses, cardboard, paint, plastics, tires, textiles and organic food waste.
